Yager & Sons Home Services, Inc. officially opened
it's doors in May of 2003.  Since then we've
expanded from a handyman service to a multi-level
service company.  Yager & Sons still provides
personalized service for the homeowner with our
dedicated handyman staff.   We are now offering
facilities maintenance to our commercial clients and
project management/general contracting for the hotel
industry.

Overview

Are you looking for a reliable handyman/contractor in
the southern Indianapolis area?  

Yager & Sons Home Services has been in business
since 2003 servicing residential and commercial
customers in areas of remodeling, maintenance and
repair.  Our owner and general contractor Al Yager
has 15 years prior experience in rental and hotel
building maintenance.  He spent 2 years as Regional
METS (maintenance, energy and technical services)
Manager for White Lodging Services over the Eastern
Midwest Region.  Yager & Sons has spent the last two
years focusing on hotel renovations, finishing and
ff&e installation.
